RETURN POLICY

Siskiyou Corporation products carry the following warranty, effective for a period of one year from the original invoice date unless otherwise stated in the product literature: 

  • Siskiyou Corporation products will be free of defects in material and quality.
  • Siskiyou Corporation products will meet the specifications stated in our published literature.

If you find any defects in material or workmanship, or a failure to meet specifications within the warranty period, return the product to us marked with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. To request an RA number, call our toll-free number (877) 313-6418 and ask for the service department or fill out the Siskiyou RMA Request Form

Our warranty excludes products that have been improperly installed, maintained, modified, or misused. Notification of claim must occur within the warranty period. Siskiyou Corporation's liabilities are limited as outlined in our STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS; copies are available on request or on our website "terms" page. 

Unused and undamaged Siskiyou Corporation products may be returned to Siskiyou (as described in our sales terms and conditions: excerpt below) within 30 days of the initial invoice date (60 days outside of the US) but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

E. Product Return

The return of unused and undamaged standard catalog goods within 30 days after Siskiyou’s Initial Invoice Date may be allowed by Siskiyou subject to the following conditions: (a) a Return Authorization issued in advance by Siskiyou; (b) payment by Buyer of a 25% restocking charge based on the full sales price of the goods purchased by Buyer; and (c) Customized products may only be returned under special circumstances, with prior approval by Siskiyou, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to higher restocking charges. All returned product must be shipped freight prepaid by Buyer. Siskiyou reserves all its rights and remedies available to it under the Oregon Uniform Commercial Code.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Siskiyou can ship on domestic customer carrier accounts (UPS® or FedEx) when requested.

The “Use My UPS®/FedEx Account” option must be selected at checkout and both carrier and account numbers provided. Failure to do so will prevent the use of your account and result in delays. We will ship via the ground method for the selected carrier unless otherwise specified at checkout. Products will be shipped at the earliest opportunity (normally the next business day) any delays caused by product availability or other circumstances will be communicated directly via email.
