DTR dovetail rails are compact, low-profile rails that provide an in-line foundation and a three-dimensional building block for various component assemblies. The black anodized aluminum rails provide smooth carrier translation. Their precision dovetail construction allows components to be quickly attached, aligned, and rigidly held anywhere along the rails using RC rail carriers.
DTR dovetail rails are available in 4.0 inch(100mm) and 8.0 inch (200mm) lengths. The DTR series ends are machined to be bolted together to make any rail length in 4-inch (100mm) increments. DTR dovetail rails may be secured at any angle on a microscope or laboratory table via counterbored clearance holes and slots.
Siskiyou offers various components with dowel pin pockets in the base corresponding to the dowel pin holes in these DTR series rail carriers, which prevents unwanted rotation of rail-mounted components or when used in an OEM setting.
