Closed Loop Linear Drives

Closed loop actuators provide remote positioning to linear stages that do need position feedback. Closed loop drives include a rotary encoder, which allows use with more advanced controllers to allow motion control in the sub-micron range. Limit switches are built in to prevent overtravel of the actuator.
