Motorized Controllers

Any motorized stage must have a way to control the motor, match open-loop controllers with open-loop drives, closed-loop controllers with closed-loop drives, and stages. Either way, you will be able to control the position of your payload remotely and have excellent precision and stability. DC servo motors do not require power to hold position, so they can be powered off to reduce background noise for sensitive recordings.
